Fiese Illu von Jennifer Daniel (<-- großartige URL!) mit den gerasterten Lächeln der 36 bislang gestorbenen Playmates des Monats. Die Illu entstand für das Magazin Fray für die aktuelle Ausgabe über „Sex & Death“. Sämtlicher Content ist online, viel davon klingt superinteressant.

Apollo 12 Playboy-Bunny from the Moon for Sale
Bei R+R Auctions kann man ein ziemlich tolles Playboy-Kalenderblatt ersteigern, nämlich das mit Playmate Miss August 1967, DeDe Lind, die in gedruckter Form mit Apollo 12 auf dem Mond war – zunächst ohne Wissen der Crew.

Measuring approximately 4.5 x 6.5, the topless image is an original taken from one of the 1969 calendars published by Playboy and features the month and year of the Apollo 12 mission—November 1969. Prior to the mission, it was affixed to a cardboard cue card and, unbeknownst to the crew, secreted onboard their spacecraft. […]
The ‘flight of the Playboy bunnies’ has gone down in astronaut lore as one of the most iconic astronaut pranks. As fellow Apollo 12 astronauts Pete Conrad and Alan Bean explored the lunar surface—with small black-and-white photocopied Playboy images pasted into the wrist cuff checklists of their spacesuits—Gordon was left alone onboard the command module to circle the moon. It was there, in the silence and loneliness of lunar orbit, that he discovered his surprise stowaway crew ‘mate.’ This cue card was affixed via Velcro strips to the inside of one of his command module lockers. A uniquely risqué item from a successful risky space voyage—this flown artifact remains one of only two known original Playboy bunny color likenesses to have made it to the moon and back!

20 Jahre nach der ersten Folge hat es Marge Simpson endlich auf den Titel und das Faltblatt im Playboy geschafft. Irgendjemand hat mir mal erzählt, es gäbe auf Porn-Sites Banner mit kopulierenden Simpsons und ich fragte mich immer, wer auf sowas klicken würde. Kann man demnächst sehen, diese Leute: Live am Kiosk.

After more than a half century featuring women like Marilyn Monroe, Cindy Crawford and the Girls of Hooters on its cover, Playboy has for the first time given the spot to a cartoon character.
And the magazine is giving the star of “The Simpsons” the star treatment, complete with a data sheet, an interview and a 2-page centerfold.
The magazine’s editorial director, James Jellinek, won’t say exactly how much of Marge will show in the November edition that hits newsstands on Oct. 16 — or whether she lets that big pile of blue hair down. But, he said, “It’s very, very racy.”

Es gibt Leute, die behaupten, sie würden den Playboy nur wegen der Interviews lesen. Ich lese den Playboy nicht, aber wenn, dann würde ich ihn wegen der Bilder „lesen“. Jason Salavon hat jedenfalls all Aufklapp-Seiten des Playboys von 1960 bis 1999 genommen und vier durchschnittliche Jahrzehnt-Bunnies errechnet/gemacht/gedingst… whatever. Das Ergebnis sind vier Wolken, in die man mit viel Fantasie weibliche Formen hineindeuten kann. Auf seiner Website findet man auch noch einen durchschnittlichen Blowjob, der ist aber auch nicht viel expliziter.
