Brooke Smith saß 1991 in einem Loch im Keller von Buffalo Bill und sollte sich die Haut mit der Lotion einreiben. Sie war sein letztes Opfer und wurde von Clarice Starling am Ende von „Das Schweigen der Lämmer“ mit Hilfe von Hannibal Lecter gerettet. Ein paar Jahre vorher war sie ziemlich aktiv in der New Yorker Hardcore-Szene und schoß dort eine Menge Bilder und die hat sie nun dem Blog Streetboners and Carnage geschickt.

“It may sound corny, but I’ve got this pasta sauce coming out called ‘Marky Ramone’s Brooklyn’s Own Pasta Sauce’,” says Ramone.
Being able to market his own brand of sauce holds great sentimental value for the Punk Rocker.
“You see, I made it with my grandpa; he was a chef at 21 Club. I watched him as a little boy, and then when I got older, I lived alone at 18, and so pasta sauce and spaghetti was the cheapest thing around,” says Ramone. “I got really good at making it, and so I am excited I get to share my recipe with others. And I got to do the artwork on bottle, and it’s really cool looking. Soon it will be sold in stores; right now you can only get it online and in restaurants.”

Ich begann, Textzeilen von Jim Morrison in die Schulbank zu ritzen.

In der grossen Pause blieb ich im Klassenzimmer.

Wenn die Beatles Petting waren und die Stones Sex und Led Zeppelin Ficken, dann waren die Doors Fellatio in der Badewanne mit anschliessendem Selbstmordversuch zu viert.
Ich liess mir die Locken über die Schulter wachsen, (was gar nicht so einfach war, denn krauses Haar hat die Angewohnheit in die Höhe und in die Breite zu schiessen, wie Hefe), ich mopste den schwarzen Persianer meiner Mutter und begann, düstere Gedichte zu schreiben.
Und weil die mir gefielen, ritzte ich die auch in die Tische und Bänke, gleich neben Jim Morrison.
